Yes, we specialize in creating custom event themes to match your vision and style.  Our burros have extensive wardrobes and can dress to match your wedding or event colors and theme!

We work with a variety of venues, including hotels, outdoor venues, event spaces, private estates, and more. We can also help you find the perfect venue if you haven't already selected one.

 There’s actually no real difference! “Ass” is the old-school term for a donkey, and it was totally normal and not considered rude. “Burro” is simply the Spanish (and Portuguese/Mexican) word for donkey. So whether you say burro, donkey, or ass—you’re talking about the same lovable, long-eared friend. 

  Rest assured, your beer burro will arrive 45 minutes to an hour before your event starts to ensure we're fully set up and ready to greet your guests. Before the event begins, the burro handler will connect with the venue staff to confirm the location of the drinks and ice. Plus, 1-2 friendly handlers will be on hand to assist with beverages, photos, and any questions your guests might have. Your burro will be clean, well-accessorized, dressed to impress, and all set to party! 

   Our donkeys have made appearances at various events across Arizona, from resorts and restaurants to event venues—they’re always warmly welcomed. It's a good idea to notify the venue in advance to get approval for all your vendors, including the Beverage Burro.

 Party Asses LLC does not sell alcohol. All beverages are provided by the client.

 Our donkeys love to go everywhere—hotels, restaurants, you name it! No need to worry about any messes; they’re well-behaved and rarely cause any issues. But just to be safe, they come equipped with a discreet donkey diaper (bun-bag). This equipment is very similar to what carriage horses wear to insure they do not make a mess in city streets!

  In general, donkeys can pull about twice their body weight on flat, even ground. When it comes to carrying weight on their backs, we stick to the rule that they should carry no more than 20%-25% of their body weight. At BeerBurro.com, we prefer to keep it lighter, with a load of around 30-40 pounds (roughly 12-14 beers with ice). Our donkeys have been used for a variety of unique tasks, from delivering water bottles and wine barrels to beer, tequila, party favors, and marketing materials. As long as it’s not too heavy, we’re happy to get creative with their role at your event!

  Yes, Party Asses LLC is insured with a commercial liability policy.

 A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward the final cost of your event. If a client needs to reschedule, we will do our very best to accommodate the new date. In the event that we are unable to reschedule, a gift certificate may be issued for the value of the non-refundable deposit, which can be applied to a future event. If a client needs to cancel entirely, we kindly ask that they notify us as soon as possible; however, please note that the deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.
